Most of the video was taken during BikeTours.com’s 15th Anniversary Tour by bike and boat along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast. Much of the riding shown is up and down the serpentine back roads of the island of Vis, almost always with breathtaking views of the sea. (Insider tip: Vis is where much of the movie Mama Mia 2 was filmed. Additional featured scenes are from the multi-mile downhill along the Peljesac peninsula, with centuries-old vineyards to the left and the azure Adriatic to the right.
BikeTours.com founder and president Jim Johnson took most of the GoPro footage, though we had to take out the audio of him repeatedly shouting, “Wow!”
