A Word From Our President
Hello Skiers, Snowboarders, Hikers, and Mountain Bikers!
Our Western trips ended with a bang with our Banff, Alberta BC trip returning on March 18th. Be sure to check out the beautiful pictures on our Facebook page. It has been an incredible season with record snowfall, and it’s still snowing! Many Western resorts have extended their seasons, so there’s still time to sneak in another trip—especially if you have an Ikon or Epic Season Pass! Join our Facebook and Meetup groups if you plan a trip and want other members to join you.
Our next club meeting is an important one since we're holding club officer elections. We need a quorum to finalize the vote, so please try your best to make it on April 12th. We hope to see you at the meeting and our other April activities!

Happy Hour & Club Meeting
Wednesday, April 12th
Meet us at the bar at Sugar Creek Brewing at 5:30 pm for drinks before we start our club meeting in the event room at 6:30 pm. There will be a cash bar and light appetizers.
We're holding Club Officer Elections and need members to vote so we meet quorum, so please attend if you can! Trip leaders will recap our 2023 trips and give an early preview of trips to ACE Resorts for whitewater rafting, Aspen Snowmass, Beaver Creek/Vail, and Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. We’ll discuss our April 29th Queen’s Cup event, and it’s the perfect opportunity to make some hiking or mountain biking plans, too!
You’ll need to park in the paid lot, but come inside to grab one of our prepaid parking passes to put on your dash. Or there are signs in the bar area with a QR code to register your vehicle with free parking as a brewery patron.

We're excited to watch the Queen’s Cup with one of the best views at the track! Spots at our Heart Break Hill VIP tent are sold out, but you can register for the waitlist in case people cancel.

Interested in Serving on the Board or Volunteering for a Committee?
All of our current officers are running for another term with the new season beginning June 1st, but you’re welcome to run for a position, too. Nominations of current members (in good standing) for club officer positions are due by April 5th to Mary Christianson at mary@christiansondesign.com. We cannot accept write-in candidates during voting at our club meeting on April 12th.
We still need members to serve on our Social Committee, Events Committee, and Trips Committee. Email Tom at tom@tomgrayson.com for more information on our social and events committees. Contact Jace at jgates@certapro.com if you’re interested in helping out with trips.
