From The Board

Whats up! A ton of new stuff. I hope you’ll read on cuz things are popping.

Whether you are a racer who wants to build up for a strong season, a newer skier/rider who wants to prep for an out west trip, or if you know a never-ever snow sports person who is ski-curious, check out the Dryland Ski and Ride School, reinstated this year by Trips Chair Tom Grayson, starting  in September. More below!

Club Meetings - We start up again Sept. 9 at 7 pm at Brewers at Yancey. Come for free appetizers, socializing and new programs and ideas.

President’s Wish List - Looking for a yoga instructor to help lead a Dryland Training session on strength and flexibility; and someone to be a part of the social committee. Contact me, Mary Christianson, at  president.cssc@gmail.com or 734-761-5734 if you can help in any of these areas. I will connect you with the right person.

See you all in September!

Mary Christianson, President, 2019-20

In addition to rafting, Ace Adventures offers hiking, campfires, water park, life music in an open pavilion, mountain biking trails, zip lines, and much, much more. Check it out at https://aceraft.com and get ready for a club summer adventure in July or August of 2020.

You can also attend Crescent training workshops about Club Administration, Finance, Socials, Newsletters, Websites, Advertising, Trips, Special Programs and Membership. Let's get a lot of club members to sign up and make a showing at this year's conference!
