Our annual Snowshoe, West Virginia trip is a club favorite for a reason: cozy accommodations, great company, and some of the best skiing and riding in the Southeast.

This weekend getaway is the perfect chance to hit the slopes, connect with fellow members, and enjoy a classic mountain-town escape without the stress of planning it all yourself.

Check in on Friday, spend Saturday skiing or snowboarding, then relax and reconnect at our group trip dinner. Want more mountain time? Arrive early on Friday, stay later on Sunday, or add Thursday and/or Sunday nights to turn your weekend into an extended ski escape.

And for anyone who likes a little bonus adventure, don’t miss night skiing at Silver Creek for extra turns under the lights.

Lodging at Allegheny Springs

    • All lodging is priced and sold by the studio or unit, not per person. 
    • Include the names of everyone traveling with you at checkout.
    • Each lodging option includes access to the heated outdoor pool and two hot tubs.
    • A 50% deposit is due at booking.

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in time is 4:00 PM, but you can arrive early to ski or snowboard.
    • Park at the Top of the World parking lot until check-in time.
    • Both free and paid parking options are available.
  • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out cannot be guaranteed.
    • If you plan to stay and ski or snowboard after checking out, move your vehicle to the Top of the World parking lot.
    • The Top of the World lodge offers bathrooms and changing rooms for your convenience before heading home.

How to Connect With Our Group During the Trip

  • A WhatsApp group will be available for everyone to join, so you can connect and meet up with others.

  • Feel free to gather at any of the area’s restaurants and bars throughout the weekend.
