    • 84 spaces were available with a “first come, first accommodation choice” policy based on when you register. 
    • Waitlist Status: As of August 16th, Gravity Haus is full. We will fill the remaining two spaces available at EagleRidge that from a waitlist. Register to join the waitlist without paying a deposit. if a space opens up, you are given the option to take the spot and pay your deposit or may continue waiting.     • Single supplement (private room upgrade): $1350 for EagleRidge or $1600 for Gravity Haus
    • Group air adult ticket: $557 (American Airlines from Charlotte, NC to Dallas, TX to Steamboat Springs, CO); subject to carrier-imposed schedule changes and reaching minimum of 10 passengers for group rate
