Lodging:
4 Log Cabins with hot tubs are reserved.
Each cabin has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and pullout sofa. We have pillows for 16 people and an option for extra people to sleep on the pull-out sofas.
Transportation:
Participants are required to provide their own transportation to the Ace Adventure Resort. Carpooling may be arranged by trip leads as the trip approaches where possible.
Pricing:
Rafting, Lodging, Raft Day Cookout.
Lunch on the river provided at no extra charge
Total Cost: $395.00 per person
Members must pay on the Website via Credit Card only at the time of sign-up.
Cancellation Policy:
This trip is non-refundable. If a cancelling participant would like to have someone take their trip spot it is their responsibility to find the replacement.
The Charlotte Ski Club Trip Lead will collect a waitlist of names if the trip fills up to potentially help cancelling participants find their replacement.
