Crescent Ski Council (CSC) Annual Fall Conference

The Crescent Ski Council (CSC) Annual Fall Conference is a fun weekend getaway with members of other ski clubs in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Enjoy the activities, trade show, dance, and beautiful mountain foliage with us!

Friday Night Vendor Meet & Greet: Connect with the 2024 attending vendors at the Park Vista Hotel from 5:00-7:00 PM. Click here to view a PDF with more details.

Saturday Activities: Choose from a guided hike in the Smokies or a free Ole Smoky Moonshine tour and tasting. Then, join us for a Ski Trade Show and DJ/Dance Party at Glenstone Lodge with free food, wine, and beer. Come dressed up in your Halloween’s finest!

Be sure to mention you are part of the Crescent Ski Council. Glenstone requires payment for the first night when you book; the remaining balance is due at check-in. You can book an extra night on Thursday if you’d like to arrive early and explore Gatlinburg on your own.

Fees: All fees are non-refundable, per person rates. Most meals are paid on your own. You may choose to include Saturday lunch for $7 and/or Sunday breakfast at the Log Cabin Pancake House for $16.

Smoky Mountain Parking: The Smoky Mountain National Park requires parking passes. Purchase a $5 daily parking pass or a $15 weekly pass. You can also purchase a $40 annual pass. 

Club Membership Requirement: You must be a club member to attend this trip. An annual single membership is only $30 or you can purchase a family membership for $50.

Guest Policy: Club members may bring one guest. Log in as a member to register and pay their fees when you purchase your own ticket.  

Administrator Meetings: Club officers and committee chairs will meet to discuss Crescent trips, racing, and administrator best practices.
