We will be passing out Name Badges which have a QR code on the back. You can also access this information from the QR code or log on to club website. 

• Saturday January 25^th — 4:30-5:30 PM Welcome Party at the 49er Rendezvous Room
• Monday January 27^th — 4:00-6:00 PM Happy Hour at the Alpenhof Restaurant in Teton Village (west side of restaurant overlooking the tram) 
• Wednesday January 29^th — Grand Targhee departure from the 49er at 7:15 AM and return at TBD

• Sports America changed their travel insurance provider as the original Travelex policies now contain an exclusion on snow skiing. If you purchased a Travelex insurance plan, check your email for a message from Sports America for more details on refunds. They have requested you respond in writing acknowledging that you do not have an active insurance policy. Their new insurance provider is Vacation Guard. Click here to purchase an insurance policy through Vacation Guard.
  
  
• If you do not purchase discounted lift tickets through Sports America, an Ikon Pass is a good alternative. However, Ikon passes are officially sold out for the 2024-2025 season. 
  
  
• Club members receive 10% off at Ship Skis, a service that ships your equipment to and from the resort. Be sure to print your shipping labels for your return trip before you leave.
  
  
• The welcome party, trip dinner, and après party details will be provided closer to the trip.

• A day trip to Grand Targhee is planned for Wednesday, January 29.

There are two options for lift tickets.

• Discounted group lift tickets purchased through SAT: adult passes - 4 days for $627, 5 days for $751, or 6 days for $871; senior (65+) - 4 days for $502, 5 days for $602, or 6 days for $697
• Lift ticket alternative (best option if you plan to visit more than one Ikon resort): purchase an Ikon Full or Base Plus Pass; log in to the Member Portal to access our Sports America link for exclusive group rates and a bonus $30-$50 lodging credit
