Join us for our Club Meeting at Sugar Creek Brewing on Monday, November 6th from 6:30-8:30 pm. We welcome guests and encourage you to socialize with members while learning more about our upcoming events, 2024 Western trips, and the regional ski scene.
You’ll enjoy gentle yoga and stretching led by Janet Barnes, our social committee chair. As always, there will be light appetizers, a cash bar, and door prizes from our club sponsors.
Sit with the group of your choice to discuss our Western trips, day trips, membership, upcoming events, or race teams. It’s the perfect chance to meet people going on our Western trips or arrange carpools for local day trips to Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, Appalachian Mountain, and Winterplace. The local season opens around November 22nd, weather permitting. Trip leaders will be there to answer any questions and help with registration.
Food Drive: Please bring nutritious canned goods for us to donate to Cooperative Christian Ministry’s food relief programs. They have specifically requested the following items:
- 15 oz no salt added canned beans and vegetables
- 15 oz no sugar added canned fruit
- 5 oz canned tuna in water
Bring two items to boost your door prize odds with an extra ticket. Or better yet, bring four items, and you’ll receive two extra tickets!
Parking: Park your car in the paid lot and come inside to grab one of our prepaid parking passes to put on your dash. Or there are signs in the bar area with a QR code to register your vehicle with free parking as a brewery patron.
