Join us for a laid-back Happy Hour at Brickhouse Tavern in Davidson! No frills, just great company, good vibes, and plenty of ski talk. Grab a drink, order what you like, and hang out with fellow snow sports enthusiasts.

Cost: There is no fee to attend; however, you will need to pay for your own food and/or beverages. 

Come bike the Swamp Rabbit Trail with us on Saturday, April 5th! Our 20-mile trek traverses along the Reedy River, an old railroad corridor, and city parks from Greenville, South Carolina to Travelers Rest and back. The greenway is relatively flat with a 3-degree elevation toward Travelers Rest. You can expect the adventure to last five to six hours.

Bike Rental: Bring your own bike and safety gear or rent a bike from Reedy Rides. Reserve a rental in advance as weekends are busy. Call (864) 419-2944, email rentals@reedyrides.com, or book a bike online. 

Cost: Reedy Rides charges $49 for an adult regular bike rental and $30 for a kids rental. This includes a helmet, storage bag, and bike lock.

Other Things to Bring: Pack a lunch, snacks, plenty of water, and sunscreen.

Parking: If you bring your own bike, unload in the Reedy Rides parking lot first. Then, we’ll all move our cars to the nearby Washington Street Garage (located over the bus transfer station) or Poinsett Parking Garage (located on McBee across the stress). Parking is free on weekends.  

Member Status & Registration: An active club membership and RSVP is required to attend this event. Members may bring one guest each. Provide their name and contact information (including an emergency contact) when you register.

Age & Health Policies: Children 17 and under are welcome to attend with a parent or legal guardian. Everyone must be able to comfortably bike the 20-mile downhill trek. If you have any health problems at all, please include these on your registration form. 

Weather Policy: We may have to cancel with short notice if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Registrants will be notified via email 24-72 hours before the event if the forecast calls for rain or storms. 

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change after you register, log in to the Member Portal and cancel your registration so we know not to expect you. If you reserved a bike, call Reedy Rides at (864) 419-2944 so someone else can book your bike.

Members and guests are always welcome, so bring a friend (or several). You can attend one or both events. 

• Happy Hour: We’ll start the evening at 5:30 PM with adult beverages and socializing.
   
  
• Club Meeting: The meeting kicks off at 6:30 PM. There will be light appetizers and a cash bar. 

Parking: Park your car in the paid lot and come inside to grab one of our prepaid parking passes to put on your dash. There are also signs in the bar area with a QR code to register your vehicle with free parking as a brewery patron.

The Crescent Ski Council (CSC) Annual Spring Convention is a fun beach weekend with members of other ski and snowboard clubs. The year’s theme for costume awards and best decorated table is cartoon characters.

Activity Fees: Activity fees are waived if you stay at Kingston Plantation. If you lodge elsewhere, activity fees are $85. This includes the Beach Olympics and Saturday night DJ Party with complimentary beverages.
